Events

LBHRG believes that Black history is an integral part of Britain’s history and although it is important that a month is dedicated to highlighting these stories, it is just as important for this history to be discussed throughout the rest of the year instead of everything being crammed into October. For that reason, LBHRG has established our “Not Black History Month” programme of events that will take place throughout the rest of the year to ensure that there is an ongoing calendar of events for those of us who are committed to telling the history of black people day in and day out not just in October.
